It's the latter and it's about Lisa Pirie and her team at Acey Bookkeeping.  People often state about how they genuinely care about their customers and want them to succeed and then there are some businesses that actually deliver that.  Lisa not only sorted out the most unbelievable mess in my books but is helping us into a brilliant future with our businesses.  Calm has arrived. Acey have been my bookkeepers now for around 3 years, as a trade business owner I struggled to keep on top of all my receipts and accounts. ACEY came in and were like a breath of fresh air, not only doing all the admin I was struggling with but also give me professional advice when I require it. What a find!! I'm so pleased I was introduced to Lisa at Acey - she has been a life saver!! Joining us during a tricky handover, Lisa got stuck straight in and left no stone unturned. She has been a huge help for us at Hawk Surveying Limited which has allowed me to focus on running the business and given me some of my evenings back! We recently transitioned into a new operating system which would need those using it to have a knowledge and understanding of the xero accounting system. We asked Lisa to provide one to one training to give the staff an understanding of the system allowing them to use it effectively with the new operating system. Lisa was extremely helpful and arranged flexible training to suit our needs. She explained Xero thoroughly providing a solid overview of it and then tailored her training to match our specific needs. She was incredibly patient and explained each step clearly. We can’t recommend her and Acey Bookkeeping enough for the support they have provided. I approached Acey Bookkeeping to get our company finances in order.  Anne and Lisa set about putting Invicta Food Design's finances in order in a friendly, professional and extremely efficient way. They have a wealth of hospitality experience, which as a caterer is exactly what was needed. I can't recommend Acey enough as a Bookkeeper, and more. Without a doubt, best in class.
